  Introduction
what we're about
Hello there. Welcome new people, old people and very old people to this brand spanking new sparkling rather funky website. In this electronic masterpiece you will find lots of stuff. Not just any stuff though, oh no. Stuff pertaning to one of the oldest societies known to this university, The Science Fiction and Fantasy Society.

And what is this lovely society? Well, we do stuff relating to both science fiction and fantasy. In fact I think I will write you lovely people a little list. Here we go: Our society has two aims:
  1. To promote role-playing games and get like minded people together to play these games.
  2. To lend out science-fiction (or indeed fantasy) books out from our huuuge (1300+) book library.
  3. To show both very good, very bad and very obscure videos at our video weekends.
Bugger, that is three points. Here we go again:
Our society has three aims:
  1. To promote role-playing games and get like minded people together to play these games.
  2. To lend out science-fiction (or indeed fantasy) books out from our huuuge (1300+) book library.
  3. To show both very good, very bad and very obscure videos at our video weekends.
  4. To offer people the use of our huuuge games library at games meetings.
Damn, wrong again.
Our Society has four aims:
  5. To meet and socialise at thrice-termly barcrawls, in which we will drink and make merry, then drink some more.
Oh dear. The pressure is getting to me. One last try:
Our society has five aims:
  5. To meet and socialise at thrice-termly barcrawls, in which we will drink and make merry, then drink some more.
  6. To allow people to buy things themselves by taking them on a guided tour of Birmingham once a term, and maybe alowing them to have a say in spending our budget. Assuming we get one from the union.
That was six. Ah well.
